Once you have contacted us to prepare a quotation – we move, you relax.
Our representative will call at your home by arrangement, on a day and time to suit you. After a brief presentation, he will ask to be shown around your home to assess your precise requirements. This is essential if we are to provide an accurate quotation.
Your home and contents are precious to you, so be sure to point out any items of value or even sentimental value and we shall make a note of these. Special items such as long-case clocks, pianos, paintings and antiques will probably require specialist packing prior to removal and our representative will advise you on this.
Please advise us of items not to be removed, as this can affect the quotation.
Once our representative has completed the survey of your home and assessed other requirements such as date of removal, whether it is one or two days or more and the distance involved, you will receive a detailed quotation for your move. We shall follow this up by a telephone call a few days later to make sure the quotation is accurate. If it is acceptable, then all you need to do is complete and sign the acceptance and CM Removals will ‘get you moving’, we have a wealth of experience in house removals Chelmsford, between Romford and Colchester and along the A12.
